Hi! I’m Suzanne Dulin! I’d like to personally welcome you to the 60-Hour Course Creation Bootcamp! I’m the founder of Get a Bigger Boat and your instructor for this course.

This is the first course in the Organized Business Startup System. I developed this course in response to the complaint I hear all my clients say, “I am not disciplined enough!” I think you are disciplined enough, but just haven’t ever gone through the process of creating an online course before, don’t know what to expect, and therefore, can’t plan your time. In this course, I am leading you through an entire course creation process hands-on. When you are done, not only will you have one course ready to sell, but you will have a repeatable process that you can use to create many courses for your business.

My goal for this Bootcamp is for you to have an online course loaded onto a platform that is ready to sell. You will also be able to use your tested webinar to promote and sell your course.

This course is not for the faint of heart. It’s a bootcamp. Rest assured, it all results in a finished product you’ll be proud to sell!

• You will be doing at least 2 hours of work per week outside of class.
• You are expected to attend a 75-minute Zoom call just about every week. In class you learn the same methods that professional course designers use to create great training. You will complete work toward creating your course in every class. You will also schedule time each week on your calendar to complete your homework assignments.
• You create and teach a sales webinar 3 times, then use what you learn to improve your material. After 3 times teaching the material to a live audience, you will have a much better sense of what your students respond to and what questions they have.
• You then take your webinar and turn it into an on demand online course by adding assignments and videos that will help your students make progress toward their personal goals.
